Care that meets you where you are.

Feeding your baby shouldn’t feel daunting or confusing. It should feel like the most natural thing in the world, right? The biggest question I hear from new moms is “how can something we were born to do feel so hard?” Here’s the truth: it can be hard and full of nuance, but it can also become whatever you want it to be. These appointments are designed to hear your goals, break down the issues, and help you find what actually works for you.
As a chiropractor and IBCLC, I focus on the whole picture. From hearing your birth story to observing a feed while you tell me what your day to day looks like, I’m right there with you. You’ll leave each appointment with a plan, 14 days of text support, and some hope that it isn’t always going to feel this hard. My goal is to help you hit all your goals (or pivot if needed) so you can slow down, simplify, and enjoy this phase sooner rather than later.
All in person appointments include chiropractic adjustments as needed to help reduce tension. All virtual appointments include instructions for body work you can do at home.
All lactation appointments come with text support so you’re never alone.**virtual and in-person option

As a chiropractor, I’ve seen firsthand how adjustments can change the trajectory of a child’s development and overall ease in their day to day life. From fussy newborns to hyperactive toddlers, I believe every child can benefit from gentle, neurologically focused chiropractic care that sets them up to thrive. From the child who skipped crawling and is now struggling to read, to the parent who desperately wants to enjoy the newborn phase but their baby has been labeled “colicky,” I’ve got you.
All initial appointments start with a full exam and history, followed by gentle bodywork when indicated and a customized treatment plan that supports your family’s goals.

I had a passion for treating pregnancy and postpartum women long before I became a mom myself. Now, more than ever, I want to be right there with you, helping to make sure your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum feel a little less overwhelming , and a lot more supported.
I won’t pretend it’s all a walk in the park, but the right care can make all the difference. So often, women are told that things are “normal.” But the reality is that common and normal are being used interchangeably, and they’re not the same thing. It’s not okay for someone to tell you your pain or symptoms are normal without giving you options to change it. That’s where I come in. There is almost always something we can do to improve your experience, and if you need something I can’t offer, I’ll help you find the provider who can.
In my office, we use the Webster technique along with other safe, gentle techniques to help make this time in your life feel as good as it possibly can. Too often, women are told that pain or discomfort during this season is just something to "push through." Here, I disagree with that mentality. You deserve care that meets you where you are at, every step of the way.
Take a breath, you're in the right place.
Motherhood asks a lot of you, and somewhere between the late-night feeds, the "is this normal?" spirals, and advice coming at you from every direction, it's easy to lose touch with your own instincts. I get it. As an IBCLC and chiropractor specializing in pregnancy, infants, and toddlers, I offer a rare kind of care, one that connects feeding, comfort, movement, and nervous system regulation instead of treating them separately, so you're not piecing together advice from five different providers. No judgment, just compassionate, evidence-based support that meets your family exactly where you are, from bump to babyhood.
